Jeopardy! Olympic Games Tournament was the modern Jeopardy's first international tournament to and take place during episodes of the syndicated version. Featuring the three-week, two-round format as the traditional tournaments on Jeopardy!, it was held in honor of the 1996 Summer Olympics and offered a $25,000 top prize. The event's first round ran July 15th-17, 1996, and ended with the champions of all three games, as well as two non-winners with the highest scores, moving on to the finals. The three semifinal matches were televised from July 15th-17th, with the finals airing from July 18th.
