After Midnight (abbreviated as @m and was also known as @fter Midnight with Taylor Tomlinson) was a short-lived late night comedy competition strip that uses the day's biggest stories in social media and pop culture to challenge three comedians to make witty and outrageous comments, as they competed to be crowned the funniest of the night. It is the reboot of the classic Comedy Central show @midnight.
Premise[]
The show welcomes a panel of three guests from the world of entertainment, comedy, music and beyond as they look what has set the internet abuzz that day. As with the original series, the three celebrity guests are participating in topical segments related to popular culture and social media to earn points from Tomlinson for responses and punch lines. The series retains some of the core segments from the original series including the opening segment "Group Chat" (a segment discussing recent news headlines and viral videos), "Hashtag Wars" and "For the Win" (a final challenge between the top two scorers).

This series replaced the late night talk show The Late Late Show with James Corden.
This is the fourth game show to be aired on CBS late night, 33 years ago, the network had the first three short-lived dating game shows that aired in late night which were: Personals, Night Games and A Perfect Score respectively airing from 1991 until 1992. The first show was hosted by Michael Burger while the other two were hosted by comedian Jeff Marder.
Although the series had been renewed for season three, however, its been later scrapped where Tomlinson made a surprise decision to return to stand-up full time[1].
On May 27, 2025; it was announced that the syndicated Byron Allen series Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen[1] will replace this show in the fall.
