Alan Young (born November 19, 1919; died May 19, 2016) was an English-American actor, voice actor, comedian and radio and television host, best known for being Wilbur Post on the television series, Mr. Ed and Uncle Scrooge McDuck in the animated Disney series DuckTales. He also hosted his own variety comedy show, known as The Alan Young Show, which was both released on television and radio. In the game show world, Young appeared on Password, To Tell the Truth, and Hollywood Squares. Young died on May 19, 2016, of natural causes at the age of 96.
