Alike Boggan (born on June 13, 1979 has been busy over the last year. While pursuing her modeling aspirations, she has started work on a second book project, began training for a marathon, became a proud owner of an 11-week-old Yorkshire Terrier named Berkley (a la Berkely, California) and continued to be an active member of her church.
Since for Boggan "The Sky's The Limit", there's a laundry list of additional career goals to be achieved which include: magazine publishing, owning a shoe boutique, real estate and financial investing, and creating a non-profit organization supporting underprivileged youth. Boggan also envisions herself becoming a deaf interpreter at her church.
On those days that ambition isn't running her life, she loves shopping, reading, enjoying outdoor and sports activities, dancing, attending cultural events, traveling, organizing a concept reference book, eating, partaking in anything that'll fule her creative spirit and spending time with her family (which now includes little Berkley, "B" for short) and friends. and as a homeowner, Boggan's obsessed with all HGTV and comparablehome makeover programming.
In 2002, Alike appeared as a contestant on GSN original series Friend or Foe?, making it all the way to the end game where she snatched away all the prize money from her opponent by going "Foe".
In 2005, Alike received an opportunity to be one of the 26 briefcase models on NBC's Deal or No Deal. She first held case #17, but it was only for the series premiere episode and was replaced by Kasie Head for the other four shows.
She did however return to the show when it returned airwaves in February 2006. She held case #18 for the first season, then from the second season she moved to case #20 (switching cases with Marisa Petroro), where she remained until its cancellation end in 2009.
In the future, you can see Boggan hosting a fashion/lifestyle-themes show, walking the runways during L.A.'s Fashion Week, and incorporating her love of sports into fitness modeling. Boggan also plans to become a better chef, and look out for the debut of her personal website.
Boggan grew up in Berkely, California. Boggan has three brothers and a slew of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins from all over the world. Boggan is a California native, Boggan is enthralled with the East Coast, especially New York City. watch out bright lights, big city.
