Are You Positive was a short-lived Sunday-evening sports-themed panel game show.

Premise[edit | edit source]

A panel of three sports experts were asked to identify a famous sports personality from photographs taken when he/she was a child, or occasionally from a negative of a photograph. Viewers were encouraged to send in suggestions. If one was used, they received $5. And if it stumped the panel, they received another $10 and a copy of one of two books: All Sports Record Book or The Official Encyclopedia of Baseball.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

The show was originally titled Bill Stern's Sports Quiz. The name was changed on July 27, which coincided with the hosting change from Stern to Coniff.
