BBQ Brawl: Flay v. Symon (or BBQ Brawl: Flay vs. Symon) was four episode reality competition series where it features Iron Chefs Bobby Flay and Michael Symon competing against each other.
Premise[]
As mentioned above, both Flay and Symon try to mentor eight of the country's most respected BBQ challengers at the fame Star Hill Ranch in Austin, Texas with barbecue battles to determine which challengers reigns supreme. The final two pitmasters meet in a BBQ battle for the ages, but wen the sun sets, only one competitor walks away with claim to the title and their own digital series.
