Bobby Flay (b. December 10, 1964) is an American celebrity chef, restaurant owner, author, horse race owner, and host. He has done work on the Food Network as host and also owns 4 restaurants. He owns Mesa Grill, Bar Americain, and his very own restaurants, Bobby Flay Steak and Bobby's Burger Palace. Flay also wrote many good books about his food and hosted a weekly show on XM-Satellite radio. He owns the horse More than Real, who won the 2010 Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf.
