Audrey Johnston (b. July 11, 1924 — d. September 15, 2007) better known by her stage name Brett Somers was a Canadian-American singer, actress, comedienne, and game show panelist. She is best known for starring in the show Match Game, sitting in the 2nd seat on the top tier. For many years until her death she was married to The Odd Couple actor Jack Klugman (though they separated, but never officially divorced). Somers was diagnosed with cancer in 2004. Following remission, she died in Westport, CT at the age of 83 on September 15, 2007. Her younger son Adam gave the cause of her death as stomach and colon cancer. She is survived by her two sons. She was predeceased by her daughter, Leslie Klein, who died in 2003 from lung cancer.
