Carlos Roberto Pena-Vega/Pena Jr. (born August 15, 1989) is an American actor, singer-songwriter, dancer, and director. He is known for being a member of Big Time Rush. In the Nickelodeon Big Time Rush TV series, his name is Carlos Garcia. Despite the show's cancellation in 2013, Pena and his members of Big Time Rush continued to perform for audiences everywhere until 2014 when the band broke up. At one time, they toured alongside Victoria Justice. Other than Big Time Rush, Pena has made appearances on other Nick or non-Nick shows. Pena is also the voice of Bobby Santiago, Lori Loud's boyfriend, on the Nickelodeon cartoon The Loud House and its spinoff, The Casagrandes.

He also starred in the short-lived CW series called Life Sentence.
