Carnie Wilson (April 29, 1968) is an American singer and television hostess. She is best known for being in the 1990s pop trio Wilson Phillips (one of her bandmates is her sister Wendy). One time, she hosted the current GSN version of the show The Newlywed Game for the first three seasons before being replaced by The View co-host Sherri Shepherd. Her father is Beach Boy frontman Brian Wilson. She was also the focus of a short-running 2010 reality show on GSN entitled Carnie Wilson: Unstapled, which focused on her life and attempts to lose weight.
