Her modeling career took off when agents started asking about the woman on the cards. She has modeled in advertising for companies such as Reebok, Vidal Sassoon, Coors, Frederick's of Hollywood, Hanes, and Sunkist. She was Miss Makita Power Tools 1986 and did appearances at woodworking trade shows.

In 1995, she briefly was one of Barker's Beauties on The Price is Right.
Later career[]
From 1996-1999 she was referred to as the "Queen of the Internet", for she was the most downloaded woman on the internet.
In 2000, she had a Saturday late night talk show based in Miami Beach, Florida.
In 2010, she had her own reality show called Seducing Cindy on the FOX Reality Channel before its demise.
