Claudia Ann Perry (b. June 14, 1959 - d. May 16, 2024)[1][2] was a worker for an e-learning company[3] from Evanston, Illinois.
Jeopardy! Run[]
In the original run, she appeared on September 11, 1996, she lost due to technical problems, she returned on January 1, 1997. She reappeared and won five games and accumulated a total of $45,303.

Tournament of Champions[]
In the second quarterfinal, she faced a Teen Tournament winner Josh DenHartog and Paul Gutowski, answered nineteen responses correctly (including 2 DDs) and four wrong. In the FJ!, she didn't come up with the right response and lost $500 but it was enough to make it to the semifinals.
In the semifinals, she went against Dan Melia and Fred Ramen, answered fourteen (including 1 DD) responses correctly but only two got it wrong. However, in the FJ!, She come up with the right response, but it wasn't enough to advance to the finals.
Million Dollar Masters[]
In 2002, she returned to the tournament[4], she faced with Kate Waits and Brad Rutter in the quarterfinals. She answered 18 responses correctly (including 1 DD), and eight responses wrong. However, in the FJ!, she come up the right response, but it wasn't enough to advance to the semifinals. But, she got a wildcard spot in the semifinals.
In the semifinals, she went against Bob Verini and Chuck Forrest, answered seventeen responses (including 1 DD), but she got three responses wrong (including 2 DDs). She was the only person who got the Final Jeopardy! response wrong and lose $9,400, but Bob beat her, taking the $25,000 home.
Battle of the Decades[]
Twelve years later, she returned in the BoTD. She faced with Mark Dawson and Dave Abbott, answered twelve responses correct and four wrong. However, in the FJ!, she come with the right response but it wasn't enough to advance.
500 Questions[]
Claudia appeared on 500 Questions on June 1, 2016, but was unable to eliminate the leader of the show.
Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?[]
Claudia appeared on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? on October 25, 2018 during the show's 17th season. She answered the first three questions correctly, but missed the fourth question and left empty handed.
Death[]
Claudia died on May 16, 2024, at the age of 64. The cause of death is unknown. Her memorial service was held on May 25, 2024.[1][2]
