Richard "Dick" Van Dyke (born December 13, 1925) is an American actor, comedian, writer, singer, dancer, and producer. Other than being on his own show The Dick Van Dyke Show and starring in movies such as Mary Poppins and Bye Bye Birdie, being on the radio and doing albums, Dick Van Dyke has also hosted Mother's Day and Laugh Line. Dick has a brother named Jerry and is the father of Barry. He also appeared on Chance of a Lifetime, Password and To Tell the Truth. He and his son Barry starred in the CBS medical drama Diagnosis: Murder from 1993-2001.
