Dishmantled was a short-lived, reality cooking competition series where it takes two blindfolded chef contestants, blast a dish into their faces, then make them recreate it for a celebrity judge to win a cash prize.
Premise[]
Each episode follows two chef contestants competing head to head as they try to recreate a dish from two guest judges, who decide which chef takes home the $5,000 cash prize. Simple, Right? except to start the competition, the two chefs are in a full body suit and are blindfolded, while Burgess presses a button to blow up that episode's featured dish. The duo then have only 30 minutes to deduce the dish they need to make by tasting and feeling the remnants of the food explosion as they head to the kitchen where they re-create the masterpiece.
