Jeff Sutphen (b. October 15, 1977) is an American actor, producer, and game show host. He originally worked on the channel MTV for his entertainment career. When he went to Nickelodeon, he played "Pick Boy" a super hero on the famous 2002-2005 weekly Nick show, "U-Pick Live!". After his days with U-Pick Live, he went on to become a producer on My Family's Got Guts in 2008. A year later he went on to host BrainSurge, which he was most famous for hosting until June 2012. In addition, Sutphen hosted the pre-award show The Countdown to Kids’ Choice! for the 2010 Kids' Choice Awards telecast live in Los Angeles. He has also hosted the short lived game show 101 Ways to Leave a Gameshow on ABC in 2011. Sutphen hosted the revived classic Nick show Figure it Out from June 2012 until 2013.

Sutphen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. He married his wife Stacy Sutphen on October 12, 2003. They live in Los Angeles.
