Full Contact Trivia was a Saturday morning segment of WCCO-AM's The Al Malmberg Show, hosted by Al Malmberg.

Contestants who called in to WCCO Radio's Malmberg correctly answered multiple-choice general knowledge questions in an effort to score points. Malmberg asked each of the "Side Players" a trivia question in the first three rounds of play on Full Contact Trivia. Each question was worth 10 or 20 points as the rotating Side Players calling via telephone give the correct response. If the answer was incorrect, the Side Player had to lose as much as 15 points and the next contestant answered the trivia questions over the telephone.
The first Side Player to win four rounds of questions and answers became the winner and continued to compete in the final round of the Full Contact Trivia segment of The Al Malmberg Show.
