I Survived Bear Grylls is a reality competition series where celebrated survivalist Bear Grylls turns the tables to America's armchair adventurers by creating wilderness simulated challenges that will test the contestants' smarts, physicality and their ability to adapt and do whatever it takes to survive.
Premise[]
Each one-hour episode features five new players who endure simulated wilderness challenges that test their smarts, physicality and ability to adapt. They'll do whatever it takes to survive -- including having to eat and drink some truly gnarly survival food until the final contestant standing at the end of each can claim that "I Survived Bear Grylls" and win a $10,000 cash prize. Along the way, a few lucky leading contestants will have a chance to earn a seat on the larger-than-life MTN DEW-branded throne.
