In the finals, he faced off against Justin Bolsen and Maya Wright. Throughout the finals, he came up with a combined 39/49 correct responses (including 0/2 Daily Doubles). He was the only player who got Final correct in both games, but after losing to Justin (in a come from behind win), he took home $50,000 for first runner-up.
