From 1984 to 1996, the bumper cards would have a copyright stamp at the bottom of the screen underneath Jeopardy!
NOTE: The only two Jeopardy! spinoffs that never had the "Jeopardy Productions Inc." copyright stamp is the kids version called Jep! from 1998-2000 and Rock & Roll version from 1998-2001 since it was called there as "Trackdown Productions Inc." instead.

This copyright text was still used for the grid set from Season 13. But...
...from November 11, 1996, the text font changed for the sushi set.
This was used for Season 14.
And so was this one.
This was used on early episodes of Season 15.
Not only was the word "Copyright" added, but this rare closing text was used for later episodes of Season 15.
The same applies for this one.
"Jeopardy Productions Inc." gets reintroduced.
At the start of 2000, Johnny's voiceover for the "Created by Merv Griffin" text was removed.
The word "Copyright" is removed since Season 17. An additional sentence seen here has been introduced and remains to this day.
Around May and June of 2001, the copyright text faded.
This closing copyright looks like a violet file folder when it was first used since July 2001.
This blue parallelogram copyright text was introduced since Season 20.
Since the 22nd season, it's now shaped like a blue rectangle with a gold border.
The copyright text is all you seek and the border gets removed. Seen on Season 23.
The © symbol is closer to the year, only used in late December 2007.
