It began on November 17, 1997 at the middle of the show's 14th season and featured celebrities. Like previous Celebrity Jeopardy! games, winners kept whatever they have won at the end of the game for their charity of their choice while the second and third place finishers received money. However, there were no returning champions for this event. This was discontinued in 2016 after the final game.

Trivia[]
- One funniest moment was in 2012, Dana Perino picked the five for $200, Alex Trebek read the clue, The Five Movie Ratings in the United States are NC-17, R, PG, PG-13, and this one. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar answered, "What is X?" The audience laughed and Alex said, "No." and then the "triple stumper" sounded and he said “You went in the wrong direction. We were looking for a G rating, but not a X rated. Remember, Kareem, this is a family show.”
- All of this event was filmed at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. It seems that it is mainly because politicians gather together.
