Judge Mental is a bald, cranky and mustachioed mean old judge from the short-lived kid-friendly version of Pictionary based on the board game of the same name played by the late former pro arm wrester Rick Zumwalt.
Background[]
Various rule explanations for rounds and close calls were handled by him as well as scorekeeping in rounds 1 & 3 as he would always be booed by the audience upon his introduction.
