Kevin Patrick Dobson (born March 18, 1943, died September 6, 2020) is an American film and television actor, best known for his roles as Detective Bobby Crocker, the trusted protege of Lt. Theo Kojak in the CBS crime drama Kojak, and as M. Patrick "Mack" MacKenzie in the soap opera Knots Landing. On September 6, 2020, Dobson died after struggling with an autoimmune deficiency at age 77. He is survived by his wife Susan and their three children.
