In the first quarterfinal game, Murphy faced off against Patrick Tucker and Ryan Chaffee. Throughout the first two rounds, she came up with 20/21 correct responses (including 3/3 Daily Doubles). Murphy and Chafee got Final incorrect, but Liz advanced via runaway. Ryan's and Patrick's scores, $1,800 and $4,700, respectively, were not enough to advance, and they both took home $5,000.

In the second semifinal game, Murphy faced off against Nick Yozamp and Jason Zollinger. Throughout the first two rounds, she came up with 17/18 correct responses (including 2/2 Daily Doubles). Everyone got Final correct, but after losing to Jason, Murphy and Yozamp took home $10,000.

Aftermath[]

Murphy appeared on 500 Questions in 2016, where she eliminated Ryan Chaffee, but Murphy was eliminated by two-time champ William Lee and did not win any money.

Murphy appeared on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? in 2019 and won $100,000.

Murphy appeared on The Chase in 2022 where she was teamed up with ToC participant Leslie Shannon and Teen Tournament winner Anurag Kashyap. They banked $180,000, but were caught by chaser James Holzhauer.
