Louis Seel Pryor was the winner of the 1991 Jeopardy! Seniors Tournament and the second runner-up of the 1991 Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions.

In the third quarterfinal game, the game after the three-way tie at $0, Pryor faced off against Bill Lyons and Val Sullivan. He came up with 20/21 correct questions (including 2/2 Daily Doubles). He and Sullivan both got Final Jeopardy! correct and Pryor automatically advanced to the semifinals while Sullivan advanced by wildcard.

In the first semifinal game, Pryor faced off against 1965 Tournament of Champions winner Babs McClellan and Malcolm Post. He came up with 25/27 correct questions (including 0/1 Daily Doubles). Everyone got Final Jeopardy! correct and Pryor advanced to the finals.

In the finals, Pryor faced off against Mary Webster and Bob Olsen. In game one, he came up with 20/26 correct questions (including 1/1 Daily Doubles). Everyone got Final Jeopardy! incorrect, but Pryor finished game one with $7,300, a $100 lead over Olsen. In game two, he came up with 30/32 correct questions (including 2/2 Daily Doubles). Unlike game one, everyone got Final Jeopardy! correct and Pryor finished game two with $19,301 and wins the tournament with $26,601, defeating Olsen by $1.
