These are relatable stories of contestants who are already good at what they do, but haven't yet grabbed the brass ring. In each episode, an expert in each industry will act as the "client" and will join Linda Kaplan Thaler as a guest judge. The judges will observe how the contestants handle their challenge-taking into account not only the finished product but their management style, their ability to produce under pressure, their judgment, talent and potential to hit the big time.
