- Nathan appeared on the M'Ama Non M'Ama "men's" pilot hosted by Alex Trebek, taped on December 7, 1984. On this show, he was introduced as a chemical engineer. This was an unsold pilot based on an Italian game show. The show was again adapted for broadcast in the U.S. on USA Network in 1986-87 with Ross Shafer as Love Me Love Me Not.
- Nathan won $18,160 on The Challengers in 1991 and later lost in the semifinals of the show's Tournament of Champions.
