The Pillsbury Bakeoff is a special annual baking contest game show that is run by the Pillsbury Company. Although the Bakeoff still occurs today, it was televised from 1949-2017.

Contestants have to make the best sweet dish possible. Whoever has the best dish will win a cash prize. The prize originally started out at $25,000, but then skyrocketed to $1,000,000, but then went down to $50,000 plus a kitchen makeover.
