Raid the Fridge is a reality cooking competition series that features four top-notch chefs who work a little culinary magic when faced with mystery fridges before them. Not to be confused with Raid the Cage.
Premise[]
The chefs choose one to cook from blindly, based solely on photos, magnets, recipes and art on the fridge doors. But looks can be deceiving. There's no telling whether the contents of a fridge belonging to a family of four would be better -- or perhaps worse! -- stocked with quality ingredients than that of a bachelor. Chefs are forced to make do with what they find inside, much like us home cooks do every night when it's time to make dinner. Over the course of three rounds, each with a new cooking challenge and a whole new batch of fridges to raid, chefs must impress judges Pessoa and Andino with dishes worthy of the grand prize of $10,000.
