Restaurant Divided was a short-lived, six-episode reality series where family restaurants that were on the brink of failure were given a unique chance to turn their fortunes (or in this case misfortunes) around with the help of celebrated chef and restaurateur Rocco DiSpirito.
Premise[]
Each struggling restaurant was run by a family torn apart by conflicting ideas on how to save their establishment. Rocco would put them both to the test by dividing the spaces into two restaurant concepts open side-by-side, serving real customers and critics for one night. Based on profitability, customer reviews and his own expertise, Rocco ultimately would decide which vision was most successful and stayed open.
