Rob Paulsen (born March 11, 1956) is an American voice actor and game show host/narrator. He is best known for voicing characters such as Yakko Warner and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff in Animaniacs, Pinky in Pinky and the Brain and Animaniacs, Rock and Lance in Mrs. Munger's Class, Raphael in the 80s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Carl, Mr. and Mrs. Wheezer in Jimmy Neutron. His only game show work was on Funniest Pets & People where he was both a narrator and host.
