Scott Vincent James Baio (born September 22, 1960) is an American actor and television director, best known for his roles as Chachi Arcola on the sitcom Happy Days and its spin-off Joanie Loves Chachi, as well as the titular character on the sitcom Charles in Charge.
In addition two the ones above, Scott starred in several sitcoms including the second season of Baby Talk and Veronica's Closet. His last sitcom to date is Nick at Nite's See Dad Run.
But Scott actually got his start in movies having starred as the title character Bugsy Malone in the film of the same name. Bugsy Malone was a movie about child gangsters.
Scott even showed off his hosting chops by hosting the Sega Star Kids Challenge and later ABC's Before They Were Stars.
