Joan correctly guessed DOWNHILL and FIREPLACE; Curtis correctly guessed LODGE (plus the $500 bonus), CASTS (plus the $500 bonus), and BREATH. Curtis defeated Joan, 3-2. Scrabble Sprint Round: Curtis clocked in at 25.3 seconds, correctly guessing STEWS, DELIVER, and BULLHORNS. Scott ran out of time, only correctly guessing the first two words, and missing the last one. Curtis became the new champion, and his current total was 1 win/$3,000. Crossword Round: Victoria won the coin toss over Chris, and went first. Victoria correctly guessed ASTRONAUT; Chris correctly guessed ENOUGH (plus the $500 bonus), TRESPASS, and GRAPES. Chris defeated Victoria, 3-1, before time ran out.
