Sharon Elizabeth Lawrence (born June 29, 1961) is an American actress, singer, and dancer. She is best known for the role of Sylvia Costas Sipowicz in the ABC drama series NYPD Blue. She also had many guest roles including the role of Laura Van Kirk in the current reboot of Dynasty and more recently the role of Punky Brewster's mother in the current reboot on Peacock.
