Special Forces: World's Toughest Test is an American adaptation of the British reality military-themed series SAS: Who Dares Wins featuring 16 celebrities who are enduring some of the harshest, most grueling challenges from the playbook of the actual Special Forces selection process. There are no votes and no eliminations, just survival.

The format of the show is similar to the SAS: Who Dares win.[1] 'Special Forces: World's Toughest Test' Season 1 was filmed in Jordan, particularly in Wadi Rum. As per the Military Times "participants were ordered to run two miles in the Wadi Rum Desert and jump out of a helicopter into the sea". Season 2 was filmed in New Zealand, particularly in the South Island, and Season 3 was filmed in Wales, the home of British Special Forces Selection.

Premise[]

These 16 celebrities, who are so used to being in the spotlight, quickly learn the meaning of "no guts, no glory" and no glam. Selection for the Special Forces is a test unlike any other. The celebrities from all genres take on, and try to survive, demanding training exercises led by Directing Staff (DS) agents Rudy Reyes, Mark 'Billy' Billingham, Jason 'Foxy' Fox & Remi Adeleke. an elite team of ex-special forces operatives. In the series, the only way for these recruits to leave is to give up on their own accord, through failure or potential injury, or by force from the DS. Viewers see the recruits face the harshest of environments that simulate the highly classified selection process, pushing themselves in a way they have never been challenged before. The series is the ultimate test of their physical, mental and emotional resilience by revealing the celebrities' deepest and truest character. Who will quit? and who will survive?

Instructor Special Forces World’s Toughest Test:[]

Mark Billingham is a Mark 'Billy' Billingham, an ex-SAS Sergeant Major.

Jason Fox is a former Royal Marine Commando and Special Forces Sergeant who became a television presenter and author. He has presented various television shows about military and adventure, including "SAS: Who Dares Wins."

Rudy Reyes is a former United States Marine Corps Reconnaissance Scout and actor. He is known for his roles in the HBO series "Generation Kill" and the films "The Scorpion King" and "Apocalypse Now."

Remi Adeleke is a former United States Navy SEAL, actor, and author. He is known for his memoir "Transformed: A Navy SEAL's Unlikely Journey from the Throne of Africa, to the Streets of the Bronx, to Defying All Odds," and has appeared in various films and television shows, including "Transformers: The Last Knight" and "The Brave."[2]

Episode 1: Test of Character[]
