Proposed addition to Strategy:

Matt Amodio is known for his high-risk-high-reward playstyle in Round 1: He would sweep through all the highest dollar amounts going upward (i.e. all $1,000 amounts, then all $800 amounts, and so on). Amodio would also often buzz in before thinking about the answer, ensuring he would maintain control of the board and hoard the earnings. When finding the Daily Double in Round 1, he would always make it a true Daily Double. All of this usually resulted in Amodio having a distant lead going into Double Jeopardy, while also giving him a significant buffer to work with for Double Jeopardy's Daily Doubles.

In Double Jeopardy, he would alternate between sweeping through the $1600 amounts and picking the three highest amounts in each category, both to boost his lead and to find Daily Doubles. If he was confident that his lead would result in a runaway, his Daily Double bets would be made conservatively; if his lead was threatened, or if he was falling behind, his bets would be much higher, routinely over $10,000.

In Final Jeopardy, if he had a runaway lead, he would wager roughly the maximum amount that would still guarantee his victory. During his best one-day performance (October 4th, 2021), he was able to wager $37,000 without endangering his lead.
