On The Bill Gwinn Show, couples competed for prizes by reenacting a special event from their lives.

Gameplay[]

Couples came on and told their love story on a set reminiscent of where they met and related a song that best exemplified it and the role of that song in their lives. The studio audience selected the couple with the best story for prizes.

Trivia[]

The show underwent no less than four name changes in its first few months: the KECA series aired under the title of It Could Happen To You. When it went national the following month, it was renamed to It Could Be You, which was changed to This Could Be You by the end of the month. In mid-March, the show was renamed The Bill Gwinn Show, but changed again at the start of April 1952 to This Is My Song.
