The Next Big Thing (or BET's The Next Big Thing) is a musical reality competition series where some of the music industry's most famous artists and producers (i.e. Dash, David & Doston) put 21 up-and-coming contestants through boot camp to coach and prepare them for a music career.
Premise[]
As mentioned above, the 21 up-and-coming contestants go through a grueling artist development boot camp designed to create bonafide superstars. The last two finalists will get a chance to audition in front of four major record labels and possibly signed a deal.
