The Next Great American Band features hundreds of bands from accross the country audition for a chance at stardom. After auditions, judges narrow the group down to 10 hopefuls from all genres and age-groups.
Premise[]
The 10 semi-finalists would perform in front of a live studio audience and viewers vote for their favorites via telephone in order to keep them in the competition. Each week, bands are challenged with different musical styles and genres and their performances are scrutinized by a panelists of judges. In the finale, three bands would compete for a recording contract and the title of the "Next Great American Band".
