The Quiz with Balls! is a quiz show pitting brains against balls while combining a high-stakes quiz show with a large-scale competition.
Gameplay[]
Two families of five compete. Ten categories are presented, each containing a question with six answers, five being correct. The family stands in front of a series of six ramps, holding oversized inflatable balls numbered 1-6. Each ramp represents an answer. The idea is to stand in front of the five ramps representing the correct answers while avoiding the incorrect answer. After each family stands in front of a ramp, the balls are released; for each family member left standing, they bank money. If a family member chooses a wrong answer, they are knocked into a pool of water and are eliminated from the game. There are two categories each round.
In Round 1, each answer is worth $1,000, with each subsequent round worth $1,000 more, up to $5,000 per answer in Round 5, a maximum of $75,000. Whichever family either has the most money or the most team members after Round 5 wins. Both families keep their earnings.
Bonus Round[]
The winning family nominates one dry family member to play, they face two more categories, again containing six answers. This time, they must choose each answer one at a time. If at any point they choose a wrong answer, they go in the water. If they choose all five correct answers, the family's total winnings are augmented to $100,000.
