The Rap Game is a reality competition series that follows five emerging young hip-hop artists who are given the opportunity to rhyme and flow in Atlanta with Jermaine Dupri and expects nothing less from the kids and their parents in return as one of these young artists will walk away with a record contract with his label, So So Def Recordings.
Premise[]
Each week, special guest such as: Usher, Ludacris, Da Brat, T.I. and Silento and more join Dupri to help mold the kids into the next big young star. In the last episode of the season, "The Final Battle" Jermaine Dupri decides which young rapper to sign to So So Def as these young artist go head-to-head in a rap battle and prove themselves in a live performance in front of industry insiders including Da Brat.
In season 2, Dupri enlists the support from some of the most successful artist in the music industry including: Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, Timbaland, Nelly, Bow Wow, Monica, Da Brat, Flo Rida and producers Bryan-Michael Cox, Zaytoven and Mike Kalombo as the winner once again will receive a recording contract with Dupri's record label So So Def Recordings.

- Although winning season 1, Miss. Mulatto declined the record deal
- Lil Bri and Flau'jae after not winning when on other reality competition shows for another chance to launch their careers (The Four: Battle for Stardom, America's Got Talent)
