The Winner Is based on a Dutch format of the same name was a short-lived vocal game show that features singers of all ages competing for the chance to win $1,000,000.
Gameplay[]
The show pits contestants against each other in several rounds, with a 101-preson audience panel judging their performances. The contestants are not professional singers. After each round, one person moves on while the other is eliminated, culminating in a final head-to-head round in which the winner can walk away with a million dollars. However, there is a catch to make things even more interesting. After each round, but before the results are given, the contestants are offered money to walk away. These offers start at $10,000 in the first round and then it goes up to $50,000 in the third round. The contestants must decide whether they have the confidence that they have already won the battle and take a chance on sticking around or just take the bribe and walk away.
