Top Shot is a reality TV show where 16 professional sharpshooters compete in challenges involving projectile weapons. Last man standing wins $100,000.
Premise[]
Each session, a group of American's most skilled marksmen compete for the $100,000 prize package, a professional contract with Bass Pro Shops and the title of "Top Shot". In each episode, contenders face team and individual eliminations challenges inspired by real events in history, from Wild West shootouts to modern-day sniper missions. During each test, high-speed, high-definition cameras capture their skillful execution in extreme slow-motion as they use different techniques and weapons, such as muzzle-loading muskets, modern pistols, slingshots and throwing knives which best represent the era being depicted. Some of the contestants are professionals, while others are amateur and a few are even record holders.
