Tough Love was a reality dating series where matchmakers Steven and JoAnn Ward helps ten female contestants find true love for which they've agreed to have their dating habits made overbuy enduring a "Tough Love Boot Camp".
Premise[]
Each episode focuses on a different aspect of relationships, such as first impressions and communication, and the boot camp pushes the women way outside their comfort zones. After each lesson, the women practice what they learned by going on dates with men that Steven hand picks for them. In season 4, Steven's boot camp ventured into the city of temptation, New Orleans with a new group of eight single women who were in desperate need of a love life revamp. In season 5, Steven and his sister Monica, opened up boot camp to both men and women as the four males and females lived under the same roof.
