Who Knows You Best? was a game show for women. On this show, three teams of two women competed to learn how much they know about each other (making it an all-women's version of The Newlywed Game).
Gameplay[]
Three female teams of best friends (sometimes mothers/daughters, sisters, etc.) competed for a big trip called "The Ultimate Girlfriend Getaway". They were asked questions about their relationship (each other) and each time they matched answers with each other, they scored points.
Main Game[]
Round 1[]
In this round, one group of women went into the isolation booth while their teammates answered three questions about their partners. When the isolated women returned, they were asked those same questions and each match earned the team(s) 10 points. At the end of the round, the team with the highest score won a prize. In case of a tie, the tied players won the prize.
Round 2[]
In this round, the process went the other direction. Plus, each match on the first two questions was now worth 25 points. The final question was played differently, for it was called "The Power Play Question". On this question, the ladies that were posed the question had to first wager any or all of their team's current scores after the category to the question was given. Successfully making a match on this question added the wager but failing to do so deducted it. The team with the most points at the end of this round won the game and a prize. The winning team will also go to the bonus round for a trip aka the "Ultimate Girlfriend Getaway".
Bonus Round[]
In the bonus round, one player was isolated while the other player was shown 10 pairs of choices. The lady in control had to decide based on her likes, experiences, and hobbies. She had 60 seconds to make all the choices, and whatever time was leftover was the time her partner had to match those selected choices when she returned from isolation. If the isolated player matched seven times in the allotted time, the winning team won the trip.
