Winston Conrad "Wink" Martindale (born December 4, 1933), better known as Wink Martindale, is an American disc jockey and television game show host. Originally, his name was "Win" Martindale before the change. He is best known for most game shows telling the judge after he/she answered the specific type of question saying, "Is that acceptable?" whether the answer is correct or not and is known on most of his game shows for telling the audience "No coaching audience, please!" by not shouting out answers when an important question is being asked and as the contestants staying focused/concentrate in the game.
